  • Guest：Our stay at the hotel was very relaxing. The view of the mountain from our balcony was so nice. The room was superb and the service was excellent!
  • Guest：Stunning architecture in a beautiful location. Wanted to try this Dusit as had stayed at the Dusit Thani in Bangkok and thought it was out of this world. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the one in Hangzhou. The service was not as attentive and warm and the food was definitely not in the same league, especially the breakfast - compared to Bangkok it was hugely disappointing. Drinks and cocktails selection was poor; only a gin and tonic available or two other fruit juice-based cocktails that were not very good. Had the feeling that the staff tried their best but much could be learnt from studying the exceedingly high customer service experience standards that the Bangkok Dusit holds itself to. The venue is probably the most aesthetically pleasing in the area if you want a lovely stay near the Tianmu hiking trails. However, don’t expect much in the way of a culinary experience.
  • Guest：The hotel is very beautiful, clean and taken care of. The staff is super professional, helpful and attentive. We came for one night stay at the winter, my husband enjoyed the hot springs. The outdoor pool looks amazing, and I’m sure that in the summer time it’s perfect although it’s not warm so we couldn’t enjoy it at the winter time. The breakfast is rich and you can choose between western or Chinese dishes. Only one disadvantage is that the hotel is in the middle of no where, no shops or convenience stores around. Only 1 restaurant delivers food so take it into consideration. The rest is perfect
